Locations of the University of Arts Linz
The Kunstuniversität Linz is a future-oriented educational institution for about 1,400 students and with more than 200 graduates per year. What makes it unique is above all the family atmosphere, the personal support and its location in the centre of the provincial capital. Artistic, artistic-technical, cultural studies and teaching studies as well as the PhD programme are offered at a total of four locations in Linz and the IFK International Research Centre for Cultural Studies in Vienna.
With its diverse, internationally oriented study programmes, the Kunstuniversität Linz occupies a special position in the German-speaking world and beyond. The various fields of study succeed in bridging the gap between free art and applied design, between artistic creation and scientific research.
